Pros: The easy migration path, and ease of use of the portal and features were of the most liked features, along with the security it provides. Makes my inbox cleaner and more secure and allows me to sign my emails so my clients always know it's me sending them the email! Pros: Security services offered, product features, service, ease of use. The signatures feature is also pretty amazing! Cons: I havent yet found anything wrong with the product. I honestly don't use the UI much because I only have a few mailboxes and everything I generally need to do can be done via the report that I set every 4 hours. Pros: -Simple to deploy -Granular settings -Tons of control -High catch rate Cons: Not much to improve, but I was there during the initial launch and there were some hurdles. But once everything got moved to HTML5 I have really liked the solution in its entirity. Alternatives Considered: Barracuda Email Security Gateway, Proofpoint Email Protection and SecureTide Reasons for Choosing 365 Total Protection: -Cost -Ease of deployment -Enterprise protection on low license requirements Reasons for Switching to 365 Total Protection: I don't like all of my eggs in a single basket.
