Be careful of their “trial” service. We used it and they charged us the month we signed up for the trial. In trying to get refunded they didn’t address it but said it’s not their policy to do refund yet they made a mistake. We had our dated email of service to prove it. Hey said we signed up in Spetemebr which was incorrect. Yet they didn’t even offer to see our proof when we offered to forward to them the dates email. They only repeatedly said it is not their policy to give refunds. What customer service company has as a blank statement policy like this for refunds?! When we cancelled the service they charged us erroneously the month after we cancelled. They did refund us for this, however, they told us it was an exception as if they were doing us a “favor”. The tool didn’t help improve our business and we lost money to them as well. The customer service experience was very poor. Enough said. Beware the term “trial” is used very loosely by them.
