This service steals your money. Their customer service is slow and does not answer you question. It is a continual run around with them. You never talk to a real person - and there is no way to connect with one. If you do any wrong move they only allow you to upgrade so don't mess up in your account settings. Also they will never fix your issues. So if you loose your password or can't log into the account again - too bad. It's like they purposely change your password and then steal your money. I paid for a year and now have not been able to access my account for over three weeks. I am a small start up with little money coming in the door yet and they STOLE my money and won't help me. This service is HORRIBLE. Run and don't let them steal your money.

Worst expierence ever with an saas tool. They managed to get my FB account banned and while editing I lost several campaigns.

ZERO customer service. Plus I lost $100 with them ! Their campaigns did NOT stop after I clicked pause !!!
Bad company. Don't go there.

AdEspresso has no sense of customer service. They wrote me several mails, though I told them to stop and delete my email adress. One of them confirmed my wish, but others wrote me then. They made fun of me! Plus this tool can't show existing campaigns. This makes AdEspresso useless and the worst Facebook Ads Tool I tested.

They have ZERO commitment to customer service and won't talk over the phone. Leaving customers having to wait for an electronic reply to simple questions. When they do reply, their answers don't go all the way, leaving more questions... only making you have to wait 48 hours for yet again a half complete answer. I signed on two months ago and still haven't launched our first campaign. When I sent an email to their Head of Marketplace Services I received an automated response saying he was out of office for several days and that I should expect delays. HA! It's a great example of a tech firm that's out of touch with their American consumers.

AdEspresso was really good. made my facebook ads come ou looking more attractive and i noticed more hits to my ads, also analysing my ads hit and all was a lot much easier using AdEspresso.
