Arbostar software is very user-friendly. It is almost self-explanatory. It is very well thought and well implemented. It truly saves us loads of time in all our day to day tasks. What I like most about the system is that it makes it so easy to follow the logical tread of actions: from adding the client in the system to creating appointments and tasks, from making estimates and sending them to the clients to issuing invoices and adding the payments in the system. What I also like is that If you make a mistake or miss a detail, the system helps you to correct it. Due to this software, the team knows exactly what has been done and now what should be further done. The ability to program messages and e-mails as well as the templates that you can automatically send from the system is a time saver. The analytics the system provides is also very handy: checking them from time to time makes us have a better view of our current business situation and gives us some ideas on what we can do. Besides the web version, there also is an app. It is especially great for the estimators and field workers due to its simplicity and speed. Even those employees that are not tech-savvy, learn how to operate the system pretty swiftly. The app also offers a built-in messenger that makes it so easy to communicate with the team. The estimators especially favor the app, as they can create estimates and send them right from the app from anywhere they are. It helps to provide a quick and efficient service for the clients.Apart from the software, what is also important is that the Arbostar team is very eager to help during the whole process: from demo presentation to on-boarding process, from reviewing client's business needs and implementing them in the software. We are happy with this software, as it helps us to be more efficient, effective, and in control of the situation.
