We can easily see all jobs scheduled for any given day, search open and historic work orders, track the progress on longer jobs, and ensure all invoices are created and sent in a timely manner. This has resulted in less lost paperwork and an increase in communication, while also minimizing the number of support staff needed in the office to keep operations running smoothly. ArboStar has a fairly intuitive layout and search function. Once the customer list is loaded, you can view all jobs relating to individual customers, upload photos, set up future services, and easily move calls between technicians. This is a great program to start with when moving away from an antiquated platform (paper, Excel, etc.). I'd like to see even more customization out of ArboStar in the future, but hey, maybe I'm just being greedy!

This software has helped us grow within a short period of time. They also have a great support team and a very easy app to take control over every estimation request. We love the simplicity of it. It helps streamline our workflow and keeps the jobs organized. We love that it's compatible with QuickBooks, as keeping our books straight is very important to us. I would love to see more features be added to the mobile app.

Using ArboStar, we're able to create estimates and work through an ongoing job without it affecting our bookkeeping in Quickbooks Online. It lets fieldworkers track our time records when they arrive on the job site, and we're also able to keep more detailed notes about the equipment without them being accessible to the customer. Synchronization with Quickbooks Online. Basic functions are easy to use. Adaptable to your company's needs (custom fields and reports, etc). Directions/maps are integrated into each customer's location for quickly planning your day's journey. I would love to see a more detailed search feature.

The customer support team always makes us aware of any changes or down times, and is always responsive to any inquiries or issues we may have. This app has been a huge time-save for me. Everything in the app is streamlined and easy to use. As far as apps go, this one is definitely on the cleaner side of things. Everything is logically placed and easy to find, which makes my job that much easier. I definitely wouldn't want to go back to the old way of doing things. Incredibly easy to use, feature-rich, and works great on both my PC and my iPhone. The built in GPS features are second to none, and make the actual work so much more accurate. You can literally mark individual trees on the app, eliminating any confusion when it comes to getting the work done. As easy as this app is to get used to, there are so many features and report options that it can definitely seem overwhelming at first. What I did was just tackle each part piece by piece, getting to know each feature before moving onto the next. But if you just tried to dive in and started tapping around wildly, you might find yourself in over your head. Make sure to follow the instructions and take some notes if you have trouble with feature-rich apps.

ArboStar has definitely changed the way my business runs, for the better. I'm a traditional guy, and while technology is part of my job, I always like to be very careful before I add the latest trends to my workflow. But ArboStar has been incredibly helpful in allowing me to save a ton of time by taking care of the more monotonous tasks I usually have to do manually. I have no plans to go back to the old way of doing things, that's for sure. ArboStar has a lot of ways that it can automate my daily tasks. This alone for me has been a game changer. I no longer have to send out each individual email and sms message to my clients, I no longer have to remember which invoices still need to be sent, and which clients I haven't spoken to in a while. Everything is done within the app and so much can be set up automatically. The app is also surprisingly easy to learn. Like I said, I'm more old-school in my approach, so I thought there might be a steep learning curve, but honestly within the first week of using the app I was already getting the hang of it. And I'd imagine someone even more tech-savvy than me could get into the swing of things even faster. I really don't have anything to complain about. I'm wondering if there are more features that I don't even know exist, because I feel like I'm constantly discovering more that this app can do. Maybe I could do with some big documentation that can help to explain the potential of every feature.

Arbostar is designed for exactly what we do. With its help, we are now at the forefront of the tree care industry in our area. It has a very well-crafted flow. Both mobile and web work very well. The system is pretty much self-explanatory. The whole process from creating an estimate to turning it into a work order is effortless. I like that I can put in information and my crew can retrieve it from anywhere, as they use the mobile app, alongside the web. With that said, visiting our clients and providing them instant proposals with the help of the app has been a major key in our new-found success. Due to that, we close deals on a higher percentage compared to the results we had before. With Arbostar, I have a lot of control. I have all the information I need right away in one place. The team and I can operate remotely which especially now is a big plus. This software allows me to manage the company the way I always aimed at. I am satisfied with the system and have referred them to other tree care businesses.

Arbostar software gives us all the necessary features to run every aspect of our tree care company easily. With this software, we use the maximum of its functionality on any given day, unlike other complicated software we had previous experience with. It has a very clean and logical interface. The dashboard is great keeping me on track. Every evening ends with one last glance at the dashboard, as it gives me a quick review of the day. It has built-in third-party programs, such as Google Maps and QuickBooks. Those third-party programs do take some of the workloads off. Our estimators are especially fond of creating schemes on the Google map and automatically sending them to our customers and sharing them with the field workers. The system also has a mobile app that our estimators and field workers use out on site. With that, Arbostar has helped to improve the communication between the office and the crew out in the field. The estimators save time as they now can create estimates from anywhere they are. With that customer satisfaction has also increased as our team is faster and more efficient than before. The integration went smoothly with the constant support, guiding, and training from the Arbostar team. Any time a question arises, they are here to help. With software that solves our problem and constant support from the Arbostar team, it does feel like they genuinely care about keeping our business running sleekly.

Our company has been using ArboStar for the past 6 months and it works great. The platform is customizable and lets us use it the way that's comfortable for us. Their customer service did an awesome job helping us transition from the old platform we were using to this one. It was really an easy experience. ArboStar has helped to streamline our business process and we're also able to automate a ton of tasks. Their mobile app works well and helps our fieldworkers do their jobs. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for solid scheduling/dispatching/whatever-you-need software. There's really nothing bad I can say about this app right now. Will update if anything comes up, but so far it's been smooth sailing.
