After “accidentally” deleting my data we exchanged dozens of emails. The hosting was almost 10% down. I was placed on a rubbish server woth rubbish domains even though my site was very authoritative. I lost all my rankings and visitors and they did not cooperate with the move. They were rude, unprofessional and even childish. After 6 months “carlajou” emailed me to ask me if i wanted to renew?? Worst customer service ever. Never ever go here. These people will mess up your site so bad and they don’t care. They lose emails and tell you you were part of a phishing scam (i was NOT!!!)

I did encounter an issue with my IP being banned (Which I thought was asura being down, which I do think some of these reviews of being "Down" come from) but they unbanned it after I opened a ticket. The ban is caused by too many failed logins. I have been with them for over a year now, not a single downtime.

“Asura Hosting is THE worst hosting company I've ever dealt…”
Asura Hosting is THE worst hosting company I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with several. Their servers have nothing but problems and my sites go down literally about 15-20 times PER DAY. When I reported the issues, they told me that they did not see any downtime on their end (so I was lying???) and they suggested that I purchase a VPS plan with them. Like I'd ever want to continue dealing with them. HELL NO! Avoid Asura Hosting like a plague.
