Main problem was that the SMTP server's ip address was blacklisted - so even though no spam has been sent from my domain, my outgoing mail got bounced back from recipients who used Spamhaus to screen for spam. Plus the site has recently been down several times a week. And problems connecting to their mail server. I've quit and am migrating to a new provider.

The last straw was when they were really late responding to a support ticket I submitted when the mail server crashed again. I guess you get what you pay for---really poor quality and service.

Constantly down, losing files, takes them over 4 weeks to restore my site from which they deleted the files by accident (was down for 4 weeks!!!) at least 10 support tickets before they help you. A joke basically. Website available but customer area shows "not active" which prevents me from managing my hosting. Support tickets are useless.

Worst hosting company I have ever experienced. Sites are constantly down. You have to send about 10 tickets just to try to get a theme installed on a site, as they have filesize limits on everything. Quite slow to respond and when they do they don't really help. Will never every buy hosting from them again. Ridiculous service..........
