As with any new programme there is a learning curve, usually quite steep!! We found this too, but the customer support from Autoleap is outstanding. They respond to help requests within a few minutes every time. We have now reduced our paper usage dramatically with technicians using cel phones instead of paper work orders, which is great. It also makes it much easier to track labour time, no more time clocks and punch cards. Customer communication is great via text or email, a huge improvement over our previous system. And a further reduction in paper as most customers choose to have their invoice emailed.
