Our staff was having an issue clocking in with the previous software, and I was looking for a faster payroll solution. We were using a simple system for employees to track their time. Our company is very remote and we don't have supervisors at each location. I had an employee request to go full time (from 20 hours to 30 hours per week) since he had "so much work to do". He began billing the company for 30 hour per week. After about 2 months of this, we decided to implement Buddy Punch. Needless to say, that employee has not worked more than 22 hours per week since we implemented Buddy Punch. Turns out its preetttyyy gooood. Was looking for an app that helped manage employee punching in/out for small businesses and did a bunch of trials before finding BuddyPunch. The other apps that I found were often not what I was looking for or did not have a focus on employee punch-in/outs.Found buddypunch and it does exactly what I need it to. The UI is very well designed, the administrator makes employee accounts and employees just go to the website, log in, and push the big green button. They then log in again to punch out but the big green button will be a big red button this time. Very simple, very easy, does employee punch-ins, does it well. Also got an IP-Lock feature so employees can only punch in on-site. There are some other features like wage calculations based on punch-in time, overtime stuff, and other things that I don't use but they seemed pretty useful if I ever choose to use them - Mike Lei, Administrator, Weimin Medical.

However, as we've grown, we've felt the need to implement something electronic that allows us to log time more accurately.
