I am certainly not a technical expert and yet I found transferring my hosting straightforward. The online guides are clear and the online support, via chat and email, is highly responsive and helpful. The service itself is excellent - no more of the odd technical errors I experienced with my previous provider. Beyond that, any ongoing queries have been dealt with rapidly. I really cant praise Catalyst2 enough. Really fantastic service! My webmail was hosted by another company and I had all sorts of issues - trying to sort them out was a nightmare. Hours on the phone - not understanding what was being said etc etc . Very frustrating as stressful as as a small business owner constant communication is so important. I have previously had fantastic service from Catalyst 2 for my website hosting so decided to transfer everything over. It was sooooo easy! So wonderful to have understandable conversations with a UK based company - people who are patient and sort out things out for you. They make computer issues simple to sort and show what customer service should be like.. Thank you Lee, Adam and Josh.
