The ease of sending the reference check, and the incredibly fast replies! The reporting is also easy to read and understand. One of the other aspects of the reference check that we love is the ability to share the report with others easily. We went from manually calling references and hoping and praying for a call back or someone to pick up the phone, from using checkster and getting results quickly. This as improved our overall time to fill and lets be real--our sanity! Sometimes the fraud alerts can be confusing but i'm usually able to figure it out

It's fairly easy to use. I like Checkster, but wish that we as Recruiters had more control over the functionality within the system. I can't add or change references' contact information and have to email Checkster if I need to add or remove a candidates' references' response. I have, however, seen improved functionality recently and appreciate that. It's a good way to gather references.
