The sales manager and project manager have been approachable and helpful throughout the implementation process. **What do you like most about the product or service?** System is visually very attractive and there is an impressive roadmap in place. **What do you dislike most about the product or service?** Number of bugs and development requirements to automate reporting to a greater extent, however rapid resolution of these and addition to the list of enhancements for roadmap consideration is impressive. **Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.** Expiration of contract for legacy system, change in organizational requirements **If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?** More detailed review of existing processes and documentation and clearer requirements definition prior to implementing - time constraints did not allow for this for us.

Great overall experience with Cora over the years. They continue to improve their products and have great customer engagement. **What do you like most about the product or service?** It is a modern-looking product with lots of capability. It is easy to configure to the needs of the business and support is readily available should we need assistance doing so from the company. The dashboard reporting is interactive and easy to use and we are able to extract information easily that we need for executive reports. **What do you dislike most about the product or service?** It can be slow at times to save. The Gantt and timesheets can take longer to use than other products for project managers whom are used to having options to drag and change between auto and manual scheduling on each project more easily.

We are new to Cora and getting familiar with the Cora application (using it for 3 months now). Support from Cora has been good and their ability to respond to our requests also good. The concept of Cora is good, with P3M artifacts , risk, schedule, change control, and project logs all in one place, available over the internet. What isn't so good currently is the dashboards/reporting are not referencing the baseline but comparing time now with the forecast. Also not so good is that you have to baseline the whole schedule and cannot change control parts of a project schedule- We have raised this issue and Cora are developing the baseline functionality. The scheduling functionality is much more like MS Project than Oracle P6 (Experienced planners will know what I mean). Resource analysis, the loading on a project, the identification and resolving overloads is not currently available. This will be a good product for our business once a few simple areas of functionality are fixed

We wanted to really standardise our approach to executing our projects but really struggled to push standards on people when everyone had their preferred approach and tools. What Cora PPM allowed us to do was to take our project methodology and build that into their platform so that we had a customised solution and made the push to adopt this much easier. Now everyone has access to the same information, real time. Dealing with Cora throughout the development and implementation process has been a great experience through both their extensive knowledge of the PM industry but more the way they were able to address all of our needs in a simple manner giving us what feels like a custom solution to our needs. **What do you like most about the product or service?** The configurability to meet our needs The reporting capability The ability to quickly create smart forms

Communication is generally good and when there have been issues escalated these have been dealt with quickly. Some forethought is required with a project team to determine what level of customization should be implemented.
