I have held an account with CHP for well over 8 years and not once have I ever thought about moving to someone else. The key thing for me is performance and reliability. On the very rare occasion where a problem has occurred (noone can provide a 100% service in this day and age with new threats happening all the time) I was kept informed, had minimal, if any downtime and have never lost anything. You can't ask for better than that and I'm proud to be a customer of a company that takes pride in it's service, proactively ironing out potential future issues before they affect the customers. Many other hosts (and I've experienced a few in the past) tend to just let things tick along and react to issues as they occur, which almost certainly results in unneccessary downtime. Cyber Host Pro nip the potential issues in the bud before they get to that stage. Although competitively priced and by no means expensive, there are several other cheaper hosts out there, but they are clearly cheaper for a reason and as with most things in life you get what you pay for. Sure, you can buy supermarket value teabags but I find that they leave a nasty after taste in your mouth. Better to pay just that little bit extra and get a cuppa you can enjoy. If Cyber Host Pro were a teabag they would certainly be a popular and tasty household brand. And after over 8 years of continued service, I am still to get a bitter after taste. To me, that says a lot and I can't imagine myself ever looking elsewhere for my hosting requirements.

I have used Cyber Host pro now very a very long time, in fact just over 10 years now. Cyber Host Pro and their team are exceptional when it comes to support. They are always around to help and the methods to get in touch with the company are great, it makes it so easy. I have used Cyber Host Pro from a windows Web Host, to linux and then on to their reseller, which was absolutely fantastic. I then moved on to the VPS as I took on more and more of my own clients. This has now been out grown and I now currently sit on one of CYber Host Pro's dedicated servers. Previous to using Cyber Host Pro I found it a real struggle with other hosts. I felt I never got the support and attention I needed, and a lot of other hosting companies were no where near as knowledgeable as Cyber Host Pro. I am so glad I am with these guys! Keep up the great work, thanks so much!
