I recently had a server upgrade with Cyber Host Pro. With all the inherent problems involved in transferring many websites (my own and client sites) to another service and ensuring minimum down time, I have to say that their service was impeccable. They were patient and responsive many times dealing with issues late into the night. Their knowledge and experience was very encouraging and comforting and now that I am on a managed server package I have complete confidence that they will support my server needs as my business grows. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any new client however large their business and however complex their needs. I have been with CyberHostPro since around 2004, the service is great and prices are very competitive. The main thing that has always impressed me is the email service, other big names let so many people use a shared IP you end up blacklisted and can't send emails to places like yahoo and gmail etc. CHP seem to manage this really well which is great as when your running a business sending/receiving emails can be critical. Also considering they are UK based with UK support I dont know how they keep thier prices as low as they do.

I've been with CyberHostPro for a LONG time now for hosting mine and friends domains, email and web hosting accounts, and I've long since stopped checking out prices at other companies when renewal time comes up because it's pointless. No-one else matches them on price-vs-offer, and more importantly, no-one else has UK based staff you can just call up in a chat window if you have any questions or problems.
