We use e-Builder to track, document, and reply to various construction correspondence related to projects in construction. This includes RFIs, submittals, and sketches. The system is easy to use, though sometimes I am not always certain what fields to fill out. This likely is due to not having an educating session to go over the system's features specific to my role in the project. I do like being able to click the link in the emails sent to take me directly to the appropriate action items.

“The thing that I love most about e-Builder is how…”
The thing that I love most about e-Builder is how customizable it is. Unlike all of the other "out-of-the-box" management software systems I've seen, e-Builder is able to replicate your current processes online and make everything run more efficiently. And once things are up and running, you can easily see ways to improve your processes and quickly implement those changes. The icing on the cake of using e-Builder is the transparency it creates, leading to accountability on all sides. I wouldn't want to manage a project without it.
