User support is one of the best features that e-Builder has. A simple email to user support will get you in queue for a phone call from an eB rep to discuss the issues you have. They work with you until the issue(s) have been resolved. I highly recommend e-Builder to others in the industry.

I use e-Builder to submit invoices because a few of my clients use it. For the most part I find it pretty user-friendly although I find it a bit cumbersome using the comments section. If I receive a comment back from the client I struggle a bit trying to get my response back to the client.
