I launched my website one year ago and Eco Web Hosting have been absolutely brilliant as web hosts. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced in terms of very quick replies to 'ticket support' queries (usually under 5 minutes) and they are always available on the phone (my personal experience). I raised a support ticket on 4.4.2020 and my query was resolved by 'Scott' pretty quickly. Eco Web Hosting always make sure your queries are resolved and they go out of their way to help you which is a plus if you are not too tech savvy. Personally, I feel I am in good hands with this company and I would highly recommend Eco Web Hosting based on their very quick replies to queries/technical issues, excellent customer service and the fact that there is always someone to talk to on the phone. Another plus for me is they are based in the U.K.
