Full of glitches that resulted in our items and blocks disappearing. No support for that. Maybe I got bad luck with customer support, but they blamed me.
Then I cancelled, and within my period of service a host of griefers using exploits visited my private, unlisted server by spamming their URLs and ports. I reached politely out to Elixirnode with the logs and offering them to log in to my server to verify what happened and ban the IPs from their servers. This is what I got back on the Discord ticket:
“ It's just problem of the server owner, we can´t ban IP from our service from nowhere. ”
“ Its a problem on your end not our”
So, rest assured, if you run into issues that Elixirnode has full control over fixing going forward, they may both ignore evidence and blame you for their unreliability and lack of security. Any further servers I run I will use whitelisting, but the responses I got were huge red flags when the unreliable servers alone would have me switch.
