Like others, I have touted their service for years; even though there was a monthly subscription, I found it was worth it, as all my dealings were seamless (I said WERE/used to be).

Ever since the Stamps.com takeover, they have gone from a 4/5 star rating to ZERO. They CHEAT on your billing with "funny math" (I had to dispute TWICE with my bank), have serious tech issues with some features that are supposed to make transactions easier (like the scan forms always glitching) AND their customer service STINKS - templated responses to your online messaging, only to advise that YOU CALL THEM, which results in LONG hold times and multiple attempts to get someone who knows what they're doing.

I have since switched to a FREE service (check out all the competitors, there are MORE now than before) whose postage and insurance rates are LOWER. So why stick with these goons?!?
