Tuesday, June 3, 2014 #15841 Adam Brand everhost (also known as 'packaged hosting') posted a link on their twitter feed encouraging people to review them on this site.things to note : I am on their shared hosting.1.a) shared hosting is well priced.1.b.) have considered upgrading to Virtual Server plans - but IMO it's overpriced for what you get.2.) everhost use a unique control panel (designed in-house). which means if you wish to switch to another provider down the track it'll be a huge headache (compared to say, cpanel which has an easy migration option).3.a.) shared hosting is terrible.3.b.) like most shared hosting, your site is as good as other sites/users that utilise it. and in my case, once a week the site goes down (completely unreachable) for 10-30 minutes at a time.3.c.) the server my site sits on responds slow between 10am-1pm UTC most days. 3.d.) they are trying to fix shared hosting, they msg'd clients to impliment better security measures (eg. wordpress). everhost needs improvement.
