“Great Software” Overall: We use it to keep track of or customer interactions. Improves customer relationships. Pros: It works... all the time. Sounds like a basic, but contact software can often be flakey. This platform is very stable. Other positives, very easy to learn, runs fast, doesn't take a lot of key strokes to do most tasks. Also, they are always updating it. Cons: There are no major outages on how we use it. Small things. Stronger custom reporting. I wish the Journal calendars were better integrated. Reasons for Choosing eWay-CRM: It did what we needed at a reasonable cost. It was fast and easy to use. Switched From: Dynamics 365 Reasons for Switching to eWay-CRM: Dynamics was slow and hard to use.

“Great Product, Great People” Overall: Great product. What really makes the product even better are the people. From the to the customer support personnel, there is a great energy there. Young, smart and motivated. Pros: I needed a CRM that integrated with Outlook and that I could customize. But, we are a small business. We do not have resources to pay Microsoft or some vendor $10,000s to get the exact thing we need. Eway gives us this flexibility. Cons: I would like more visual pleasing reports. Reasons for Choosing eWay-CRM: Best overall options, great customer support. Reasons for Switching to eWay-CRM: Because I didn't want a separate program from Outlook. I needed it to integrate with Outlook and I needed task management and I needed email management.

“Easy to use, fully-featured CRM that integrates seamlessly with Outlook - everything in one place” Overall: Brilliant! That's the only word to use. From when I first started testing the product using the free version, the customer support & engagement has been exemplary & my contact, has been really supportive & helpful. Pros: In many ways, the title says it all. I've been looking at a number of CRM products, but those that I did look at were either s"stand alone", separate programs, or they "linked" to Outlook. eWay-CRM was the only one that seamlessly integrated with Outlook so that you appear to be using a single program. Whilst I've not yet used it to anywhere near its full capability, what I have used has been easy to understand & has made an impact to my business. Cons: So far, the only thing (& I'm being really picky, here!) is that I don't like a couple of the names...
