“Highly recommend” Overall: I have much more of a handle on the day to day client relationships. It is great to have all our clients in one data base, we can see what needs to be followed up, we can quantify incoming sales and everyone has access to this database, so as a team, we can cover for each other when needs be Pros: eWay customer service and ongoing support is amazing. My team use this CRM daily and it's a great way for us to keep track of the day to day working of our clients, especially when team mates are away from the office. Cons: I find that there is so many aspects of eWay, I wish I could physically sit with someone from eWay and go through items one-on-one

“Perfect and seamless Office integration” Overall: We have solved a big issue of archiving and linking all the business elements (documents, emails, contacts) that are very often linked to several different clients and suppliers, and simply recover all the data needed to evaluate complex business networks and development. Pros: There are two features that are really fantastic; the first is the absolute integration with Outlook and office, which is seamless and intuitive, the second is the granular possibility to modify and add fields and steps in the various modules so the software can adapt perfectly to the business procedure of every company. Cons: There are minus features that can be improved as the possibility to modify fields when they are displayed in lists. Alternatives Considered: Teamwork, Wrike, Bitrix24 and HubSpot Marketing Hub Reasons for Choosing eWay-CRM: We have tried all these products and eWay-CRM is absolutely more performant and less complicated to deploy.
