I use Expandly to import my Shopify orders to Xero. They provide an option to import sales invoices like-for-like or in batches and allow me to map my taxes and accounts. It only takes me a few minutes each month to get all the orders in Xero ready for reconciliation. I previously used another app and had a real nightmare with the clearing accounts not matching up - not anymore now that I'm using Expandly!

Great product and company. Been using Expandly for 2 years and the support has always been first class when we ever had an issue or question. You can easily link all your products between ebay/Amazon/website (woocommerce, shopify etc). There is no programming or technology knowledge needed, the software does all the work for you once you link the accounts together. You are also able to link your sales and products into certain accounting software eg. Xero as well as postage platforms like Royal Mail.

LOVE IT Really easy to use and the support was amazing. Had my 4 channels set up within 24 hours and can't thank Jack enough. Although I managed to do 90% of the work, Jack answered a couple of questions quickly. Get way more than any other company for less than half the price. I've used alternatives but as a small crafts company, we can't afford thousands. We've been able to list on Etsy, Amazon and Shopify which has saved me SOOO much time. Plus, the link up with Xero is invaluable. Thank you for changing my business, Expandly!

Expandly has been brilliant in helping me to accelerate my business. Managing multiple sales channels felt overwhelming at times and I knew I wasn't making the best use of my time logging in and out of each and constantly worrying I was going to miss something. With Expandly I manage everything from their online platform and have an overview of all of my channels. I would say that I don't know how I coped without Expandly before but I do - badly. Their support team are great and the pricing (for what I get from it) is really good (but don't tell them that!). Five stars. Love it.

We've been using Expandly for over a year to sync the stock levels of our Etsy, Shopify and Amazon products. Great if you have a product with low stock as it will show the full amount on all platforms, then if one or more sells, it'll update the others, to prevent your over selling or going out of stock. I'd recommend getting the Customer Service team to help set up your account, then once you know where everything is, you can watch the orders roll in to the dashboard, and dispatch from there. There is a host of other features like integrated shipping, xero accounting and reporting features. Setting up the integrations is pretty easy and if you mess anything up the customer service team respond quickly :)
