"Having a small web design company as a side-line to my main job, I am ( ashamedly ) clueless when it comes to the hosting side of things. I've only ever been with one hosting company previously, and after putting up with the service going down a number of times, and taking some time to get a response I searched around and thought I’d give FreshSites a go. What a difference! My queries are answered promptly and non-patronisingly in plain English - nothing seems too much trouble. I chose Freshsites because 1. they are dedicated to wordpress 2. they are UK-based the website load time should be faster 3. they responded very quickly to sales enquiries. Now they have me as a customer 1. They say they offer good support on Wordpress, but I haven't needed to test that yet 2. The load time is much faster than GoDaddy, whose servers are in the US. 3. I've received no response whatsoever to emails asking for assistance. Disappointing.

Brilliant. I don't really want to add a great deal more other than to thank FreshSites for being amazing. Moving a site and emails, setting up a new temp site then transfering them over. Not a problem & not a hitch. As I said Brilliant. Best advice I have had for a while was to move to these guys.

“As we are based in Japan we have been using…”
As we are based in Japan we have been using a Japanese host for the past 12 years or so. We decided to switch from a Dreamweaver built site to a WordPress one last month. The Japanese host did not have up to date specs for PHP etc. and had no plans to update. Searching around we decided to look at the UK for our new hosting. After comparing a few possibilities we contacted FreshSites. From the very first contact we have been met with helpful, friendly,knowledgeable support. WE thought our previous host was good but moving to FreshSites was like driving out of a dark tunnel into the sunshine! Great hosting, great staff. Regards Douglas
