When I signed up with them I did not expected something special from them, but even on shared hosting plan I got: Cpanel with Softaculous, some SEO tool kit, DDos protection , etc. That was a kind of surprise and I thought that was an option only for the new users there. In any case next month I had the same kit of options. No downtime, fast support and lovely customer service.
