I paid $750 to have a website transferred from Wix to WP. The work was delivered a little late, but that was no big deal. The representative of the company, whom I believe to be the owner, Sanjiv Singh, was very nice on the phone but after the first go at the new site, and screen sharing with me to see the problem, he agreed with me that it was unusable (the people who did it had mixed two templates and it was unmodifiable from the user end). He promised that he would have it fixed in a couple of weeks. After it was not done, I began trying to reach him as I had previously and could not. He won't answer my calls. He's not returning my money. I'm furious.
