With our range of powerful server resources, we wanted to provide heavy media and application based hosting that will not fail under the stress that is created by media based websites and applications. We continue to use our rule on overselling. We do not do it and will sell what we have, so you know that when you order your hosting plan that the hosting space is dedicated to you, not anyone else. "We have been through 3 low cost hosting companies in the last year and all have failed on poor support. Host Media is not one of them. Support is almost always within 24 hours and often much quicker. We have moved 3 sites over to them and if this continues, will move more of our sites over. We will be looking for more advanced services from them in the future, and if they can support a £5 a year hosting with this great support, then we have confidence that more advanced services get same or better assistance. Signed up for Pro cPanel hosting and registered 2 domains with them, but had a massive issue setting up emails. The config file for Mac and iOS didn't work, spent over 3 hours emailing their support team back and forth with no fix. Couldn't send email's, which is a pretty important for a business! Cancelled hosting! Always be wary of reviews with only 5 stars in them! Lesson learned!

This is my personal views and is no reflection on my current employer. Host Media in my personal experiences is one of the best hosting providers I have had the pleasure of using. In my time span as a freelance developer and small business consultant I have worked with major players in this field including - GoDaddy, BlueHost and HostGator. I find Host Media's support and willingness to ensure that their customers have a great experience the best I have experienced. Host Media is constantly going above and beyond in assisting me to ensure that I have the best chance at success in whatever endeavor I am currently pursuing. I have three different packages and all have gone above my expectations. In the area of price I have not found anyone that comes close to what they are able to provide. Very few hosting providers have Cold Fusion services and Host Media not only has Adobe Cold Fusion but also the open source Cold Fusion engine Lucee. If you are looking for a great value along with great experience do not overlook Host Media.

Host Media are just awesome. They provide some of the best value hosting I have ever seen, I have had no down time that I am aware of and the one time I did need some support they were lightning fast. Honestly if you go anywhere else you need your head testing.
