I have moved to Hostforlife from another host 3 years ago. Reason for moving was the other host had terrible support. These guys simply take to another level. Every single instance I had where I needed support with my websites they have been very fast and always helpful. They are very knowledgeable and well trained and know what they are talking about. They don't just point you in the right direction, they help you solve the problem pretty much immediately. Their ticket system has always been very fast and they responded within an hour. Their features are fantastic too for shared hosting such as their staging environment where you can work on your sites before going live. I'm self taught and not a pro but their systems are very easy to understand and handle if you need a hand. I'm super happy with their hosting.

Great support as always. Always going extra mile to help me out! Many times I have questions about site speed optimization and they always seem to have the answer. There was once, I had a malware and after cleaning it, I requested a quick scan to ensure I had it completely cleaned. So instead of waiting for 24 hours for the next malware scan, I got it solved immediately, less one headache for the day. Also I had issue with Cloudflare and they quickly helped to solve the redirect loop issue.

I'm head of IT and I managed my company website. No shared hosting is without its issues and moments of trouble, but Hostforlife has always come through for me. I've never seen a reason to leave Hostforlife, though I've seen plenty of reasons to tell my head division they ought to move to Hostforlife. Downtime is very low. Servers are kept up to date and well maintained. When I submit ticket, they will always back to me within 10 minutes. Their staff is knowledgeable, they always try to solve my issue no matter the issue come from my code, they never leave me alone and give direction to me. Price is competitive and what I get the price is generous and works well for company websites I operate. Great job!
