This allows us to mark issues as resolved, to easily postpone threads if there is something that can't be fixed just at that moment.Overall, it's a great product, but sometimes there are some minor problems. However, those should not prevent you from using the product, they are more those little bugs that creep into every product, that get resolved pretty quickly.
