They are quick to address any issue or request for guidance and they are always detailed in their response. I have been with them for around 6 years now - with multiple websites - and have never thought about switching companies. The best part for me personally, is that they take the time to instruct, with personalized videos or scheduling a call or Zoom meeting, usually within 24 hours. They're always courteous and never treat clients like their questions don't matter. Ahmit is a virtual fountain of information, Jessie is my go to guy, Davyd C is fantastic in the role of Project Manager, David I, Ivan, Erwin, Estefanie, Mary & Mary, etc... I could go on - all great, and of course Robert himself, is always accommodating. It's so refreshing to be involved with a team you're on a first name basis with, and who are never too busy to care. Saturday, February 27, 2021 #91131 Randy Mitchell from JumpToHealth It is not that you never have issues with software however what does matter is how they are handled. 99.5% of the time there are no issues that take place. What impresses me the most is that when they do happen how quickly they get resolved and the amount of care and compassion that is expressed. Also there are always great additions being made to the software with no additional cost.
