A dishonest company running a scam Claims to be able to provide 40 leads a month, but will not take any responsibility if that cannot be done. We paid for 2 months and received less than half the 'average' leads (and even most of those were irrelevant or junk). We stopped payment and requested Meet Hugo to either provide the remaining leads or refund 50% of what we paid, both options we felt were very reasonable. Meet Hugo disregarded both and claimed they do not have a refund policy We have now received a refund from our credit card provider by providing evidence of they mis-sold their services and ignored any attempts for a resolution

Some great reviews beneath, all written on the 20th May, all positive. Interesting. This company didn't provide leads for us, they provided speculative research. Admittedly that’s only for our sector, but I can only reflect my experience. We are an animation & motion design company. I signed up for 3 months due to an advert they sent me, conveniently at the height of Covid-19 panic. I spoke to their sales team and they had so much demand during this time they were having to recruit. Were they genuinely helping companies through the crisis I’d applaud that. The advert stated there was a “project” with an estimated budget of £20k. I clicked through to the page attached here. Once I signed up I found out the company “may need” an animation. It wasn’t a project at all, but they had merely identified a company that didn't currently have one. They defend themselves by saying they provide “sales leads”, but if this is a lead then so is me suggesting Coca-Cola could do with a TV commercial. You’d do as well to spend a day or two trawling Linkedin as this is pretty much all they do. I managed to get half my money back having chased the owner through Linkedin.

I think the only reason you wouldn't succeed with it is if you aren't very good at selling, as you still need to sell to the prospects and showcase what you do well.

It includes some of the things I would normally look for on Gov tender sites and LinkedIn but I rarely have the time to go looking for myself. Great company with a strong product- I was unsure having used companies like Bark before, but signed up and received quality leads for my niche within a day. All of them were relevant to my area and a few were insanely lucrative contracts for projects I wouldn’t have found out about otherwise.
