Great team, Great service! Would Recommend! I came from a place of being very uncertain about MH, as I have read some awful reviews. I left it a couple of months and came back to it. Upon signing up I was surprised as to how quickly I started to receive opportunities. My fab researcher read my search criteria and understood what kind of business I needed. I also was assigned a very friendly manager to talk to If I had any problems. It feels like everything on their website has been thought out thoroughly. It also didn't take long to get the hang of the site. I have been with Meet Hugo now for a week and they've been great to communicate with and I have received plenty of fruitful opportunities. I have faith in their service, I honestly really can't fault them. Weirdly I'm looking for a reason to fault them but honestly can't. I would highly recommend this service if you are looking for grounded people to help guide your business to success.

No meaningful leads, nothing like what they promise you and they take money without permission. Do not give them your credit card number over the phone. I believe they are scammers. Stay far away from this company. 1 - The quality of the leads is extremely poor. It is basically a very expensive crunchbase 2 - They will send you an invoice, ask you to pay by phone so they can save your card details and take money from your bank account when your contract is finished. Then they will bully you and tell you that you agreed to their T&C (Which is untrue) and that they are here to help you... Basically, one of the best scam I have ever encountered!

Overall we had a positive experience with Hugo. It took some time to develop optimal keywords and the type of leads that we are after. However, once that was sorted most of the time we receive relevant leads. Yes, they are not all perfect, but that is nature of the business. I would like to also mention that we always had great support from Hugo either from Emma or Tom previously - Never felt mistreated. If you are looking to expand your pipeline Hugo is really great way to do it!

The trick is to work with them, using the feedback option on the system and verbal feedback, to help them refine what they search for on your behalf. The quantity and quality of my leads has greatly improved since I've been doing this. I really think this is key, it's unfair to expect any lead generation provider to miraculously bring you high-quality leads unless you're willing to work with them. In my experience, collaborating in this way significantly improves the service over time. And that's another thing - it took time (a month or so) to really hone things so they work. I'm happy to do this and will be renewing the service.

Excellent service if you're willing to collaborate and not berate! I run a very small copywriting/marketing company and MeetHugo has been invaluable! I've received over 100 leads in just a few months so have been able to pick and choose, selectively, which ones to pursue (around 10%). For me, this is good; my business is only small so cannot handle too many new clients at once. The quality of leads is also good, some RFPs but hardly any. Most of the relevant ones I build relationships with using LinkedIn or email and that's working well. The staff at MeetHugo have been good to work with, particularly Emma, she's proactive and professional.
