I raised a ticket for a site migration with milesweb. However after 7 hours the ticket was still open with sporadic and unhelpful responses over what was an issue on their end. Then out of sheer desperation, I tried their tech chat and Prasad Thete was immensely helpful. He changed some setting which enabled me to proceed with the add on domain creation. I am cautiously optimistic about milesweb. I will update this review as and when things change.

I ask host miles web to fix or guide they didn't help me out to fix my website. it takes 3 days to fix from my end. now my site works fine I asked to fix SSL to Hemant he didn't fix or guide. worst experience ever.. better to with HostGator or Bluehost.
