"Automation Tool for All USER ENGAGEMENT Requirements"
Ability to provide detailed analysis of user's activity on the app. In our case, it is basically to analyze what were the best watched videos, their duration, days/hourly split, which category, etc.

Overall experience with MoEngage is good. It's an all-in-one tool for CRM needs, we can migrate from previous platform to MoEngage with better price and capability.

1. Very user-friendly dashboard interface.

2. Marketing automation feature brings the best CVR compare to all our channels.

3. MoEngage available to send campaigns on multiple platforms/device all in one go.

4. Reporting dashboard structure is very well designed, easy to understand for first time users.

5. Custom subscription packages really help to find the best plan for brand to use based on needs.

6. Best support from their Customer Success Manager that guide us to activate and optimize the platform for better performances.

"MoEngage is really easy to use and helpful"
Overall, MoEngage is easy to use, even as a beginner. The help center page is also beneficial, and you can see most of common problems there, so no need to ask to your customer's success.

MoEngage also has Academy where you can learn more about the platform from the expert.

Their predictive segment are really helpful and can help us determine which segment that we should focus on, MoEngage also help us by giving some general insight about what type of campaign we need to use for specific segment also explaining how we should engage with them.

Most of general segment that usualy used at CRM are already available in thier platform.

MoEngage also provided almost in all channels that usualy use to engage with the customer.
