(e.g. staying late, working weekends, finding creative solutions to problems, etc.) In addition to saying thank you, Nectar provides a platform where we can thank them publicly and giving them credits, which equates to a dollar amount that they can cash in when they desire. Good experience so far, hoping that it doesn't fizzle out over time.
