The pricing model is what convinced me to commit. Running a small agency means I'm constantly watching margins, and billing clients for software costs on top of project fees is always an awkward conversation. NextFort's per-cycle pricing structure made it easy to pass costs through transparently, and clients actually appreciated seeing the line item rather than a vague "platform fee." A year in, I've run feedback cycles for about a dozen different client organizations, and the per-respondent cost has stayed predictable every single time. No surprise invoices, no tier bumps mid-cycle.
Beyond the billing side, the product itself earns its price. The feedback templates are flexible enough that I can customize them for each client without rebuilding from scratch, and the reporting dashboard gives executives something they can actually read without me narrating every chart.
