The pricing model is what convinced me to commit. Running a small agency means I'm constantly watching margins, and billing clients for software costs on top of project fees is always an awkward conversation. NextFort's per-cycle pricing structure made it easy to pass costs through transparently, and clients actually appreciated seeing the line item rather than a vague "platform fee." A year in, I've run feedback cycles for about a dozen different client organizations, and the per-respondent cost has stayed predictable every single time. No surprise invoices, no tier bumps mid-cycle.
Beyond the billing side, the product itself earns its price. The feedback templates are flexible enough that I can customize them for each client without rebuilding from scratch, and the reporting dashboard gives executives something they can actually read without me narrating every chart. My only small gripe is that multi-client management from a single admin account could use a cleaner interface, but that's a minor UX wish, not a dealbreaker. For agency use specifically, the value here is genuinely hard to argue with.
