Terrible customer service. They don't have a refund policy in place and they are not refund you no matter what. When i asked them for a refund saying I have to shut down my company, they just told me, after years of being their customer, that no, they don't have a refund policy. I have now one year of a program that I won't be using. Life happens, and this is not a good customer service. Stick with the monthly plan, if you want to work with them.

Overall: My overall experience with Onlypult has been great and it is a stress free software .
Pros: Onlypult is great to schedule wether weekly or monthly , it is easy to upload , manage and customize all your post all this on laptop without going an extra mile. The software is more focus on scheduling post and there is no limit to the number of post that can be scheduled which makes it different and powerful
Cons: Nothing really wrong with this software ,everything works fine , but more features would be welcome

Overall: Es buena, funciona, no se trabaja, advierte cuando las plataformas no funcionan correctamente e informa qué posteos o stories no se publicarán.

Pros: Permite publicar stories, es una herramienta muy práctica. La forma de poder ver los posteos es muy gráfica y funcional.

Cons: Si quiero publicar en FB e IG a la vez en una cuenta, debo armar publicación una por una, no puedo programarlas todas en simultáneo.
Reasons for Choosing Onlypult: Me recomendaron esta plataforma, probé una semana y me pareció correcta.

Pros: What I like the most is the way that I can schedule every king of content on Instagram with 90% of the features provided. The analytics tool also helps me to optimize my reach and obtain more engagement.
Cons: The way that I can't tag people on the Instagram post videos.

Pros: Die Software ist absolut einfach zu bedienen und hat dennoch (bis auf wenige Details) alles, was ich benötige! Ich habe lange gesucht und verglichen - ich bin absolut happy mit onlypult! Der Ausschlag hat zuerst mal die Übersichtlichkeit gegeben - es gibt kein mühsames hin und her switchen - man sieht alles, was man sehen muss. Ebenso wichtig für mich ist das automatische Posten - ich liebe es und es funktioniert einfach wunderbar. Die Zeitersparnis und Möglichkeit zum Vorausplanen ist super. Der Ausschlag hat dann gegeben, dass ich Preis-Leistung absolut stimmig finde.

Pros: It is simple to use. I can upload, edit and customise my posts within the app without needing anything else. I can see my feed and fire and forget. Not many other platforms offer this ease of use. I can create content in batches and schedule weekly or monthly plus I love the scheduling stories and carousel posts easily - even on the basic plan. I am very happy with this service.

Cons: Perhaps integration with a major design service like Canva would be ideal. That would take the seamless process to new heights by being able to design and schedule without saving to my device first.
