I love the newest updates to OnBoard, in particular. We normally use Zoom software often for video conferences but, like many others now, it is so much more frequent so it meant that I had to shift back and forth between the two programs. Now that the software for each works together so they can "talk" to each other, it makes arranging meetings so much faster and more efficient.

OnBoard is a very easy, intuitive system. I have only recently started using it (< 6 months) and feel it was very easy to learn and become proficient at in a short amount of time. We use OnBoard for all our Board and Committee meetings and communication. The eSignature function is one we have recently implemented and I love having it for our Board meeting signatures. The support team is awesome and quick to get back to me when I have questions. I would highly recommend this software.

OnBoard software was easy to integrate with our business processes and use. I use it monthly to type the agenda and upload documents for our monthly board meeting. I also found that using it to send travel information to the board members reduces the amount of paper they carry with them. I upload each member's flight information, hotel confirmation, meeting agendas, etc. and it is on their iPad or other device when needed.
