The aspect of OnBoard that was most impactful for me, the administrator, was that it streamlined the process of building our board book and made my productivity of time much better. The ability to drag and add agenda items to the board book is easy and convenient. Prior to OnBoard, it took me a lot of time to convert files to pdf and then upload everything to adobe document cloud and then finally email a link to a huge file that board members had to download to view; it was very cumbersome to say the least. OnBoard has been a great improvement and our board members like it a lot!!

OnBoard has been so easy to navigate and learn how to use. We have the same meetings each month and I especially love that I can just copy a previous meeting and it will automatically have all of the attendees' roles assigned and all of the same sections bulleted out. It saves me a lot of time putting material together. When I have to make last minute changes, all I have to do is drag and drop the material in and it shows up right away for everyone. I also love the Resources tab. Now I have a place to put documents that aren't necessarily for a particular meeting, but that people may need to refer to at different times and they know right where to find them.

Our organization was ready to use the product within 3 weeks of signing the agreement. It is extremely easy to navigate. Most of our board members figured it out without training. Administration and uploading documents extremely easy. The customer service is great. Very responsive whenever you have a question. Voting function is also easy to use.
