I decided to write a review sharing my experience using Profvds EU vps hosting services... This is an update to my previous review I posted long ago. I am the type of user who knows just enough to screw things up. They have always politely and quickly (less than 30 minutes usually) resolved my problems (fixed my mistakes). Currently extremely happy with my uptime. They have already saved me hours of hassle, and they supply some very useful scripts. Where other hosts will try to up-sell you more services, or a bigger package, Profvds will actually down-sell you a package at a lower rate than you are looking at, should they believe the extras unnecessary. Will continue using them for a long time I think. Hope it will be useful for webmasters here. Thanks.

I have all my clients host with Profvds Europe VPS and no one has complained. The customer service has improved drastically since I started the account. The problem I had was resolved quickly and was made out to be far less than it could have been. They offer everything for both the low level user up to the high traffic corporate sites. Great host!

Can say the pricing is competitive. Profvds web host is a great provider! I get to experience blazing speed, smart routing capability - this what I like the best about their services. Customer support always answer my questions with helpful explanation and good recommendations what to do next if the problem exists. They offer secure DDoS protection within hosting account, my sites are hosted at their VPS in Slovakia and I am happy.

When I was going to pick a host. I looked at many different hosting providers and compared them. I was not satisfied, even once. But I didn't know about Profvds. Then I saw an advertisement somewhere and I checked the site and then I compared Profvds with the other companies. To my surprise I saw that Profvds was much better, the bandwidth and storage was better, the scripting features were better, everything was better.

I've been with Profvds for about two months now. Can't say i've ever had any problems. Their uptime is great, the unlimited bandwidth works well for me – i'm using them as a host for my mixes and artworks (more for other places to reference, rather than as a user facing host), very little php so not worried about CPU seconds. Customer service is excellent. I haven’t had to use it much, though.

Profvds can be a little pricey as compared to other providers but it is worth it to shell out a reasonable price for guaranteed service satisfaction. I have never been this contented with a provider. My business started small with Profvds, but I am certain that its reliability is one of the factors that have made my business bigger. The servers are very fast. The control panel is great and easy to use. The way their staffs treat you is amazing. You don't have to look for a better web host with Profvds.

I made a notion of the hosting market specials and got to know that Profvds offered by 1 additional week of free hosting usage. If you log on to their site you get an ad page before you get to the page you want but there is always a continue button and I can live with it for the value. Very reliable. Recommended.

I've been a regular customer at Profvds Slovakia vps, purchasing hosting for well over 8 months now. Other than that, most of the time, the people they have working for them are professional and know what they are talking about. I've had questions that were answered and fixed within minutes, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days. They have live chat to help if you get stuck. And they seem to be available almost all the time.

Good price, performance, and features. They are honest, fast and their professionalism goes outside the bounds. The hosting service is really fast, pages load really fast - my visitors are happy with speed of loading pages. Well, ProfVDS Slovakia vps hosting is a little expensive in comparison with other hosting sellers, but it is very very difficult to find elsewhere such a support service. For me it is the principal aggregate value.
