Monday, February 13, 2017 #52512 Will H. from L. I ordered a renewal for Google Chrome Management Console from Promevo. This is just a license, nothing physically changes hands. My order has been paid for over a month now but I have yet to receive my license. I have made multiple calls to their sales and order management groups. I got forwarded around from group to group until someone forwarded me to a number that was just voicemail. I have been told I will get called back before the end of the day, and the call never comes. I was given a deadline for when the license would arrive. The date passed, still no license, and no one contacts me. I am very dissatisfied with the serivice I received from Promevo.
