Our profit and loss for each site is at our fingertips now with the click of a button instead of the paper system and taking days. Pros: Our Company is new at using software for our books, it was a big change for us. The demo with rep was amazing, we are running full steam with the program. It is so easy to use, and the support is amazing!!! Cons: Until I took advantage of the free training sessions, I was not real sure about it being user friendly. Tuesday, January 26, 2021 #85675 Eric B “Finally someone created a software that understands property management without a ridiculous price!” Pros: It has all the bells and whistles at a fraction of the price. The owner and I had a great talk. He couldn't find a software he was happy with just like me so he decided to build one. These guys are the real deal, if u haven't found the right management software give them a try, Cons: It's a new company that's working the bugs out but they fix everything I bring to there attention very quickly Did you find this review helpful?
