They do not guarantee their product. They are very antagonistic and impossible to work with. They offer free installation evidently but wont guarantee it works. Which I am not sure how that works if you cant get the product to work, why would anyone buy it. Most of all, they are rude people to try to deal with. They cant be bothered with key questions and they blew off any viable questions. Which again, if you cant guarantee your product being installed the proper way, I get that is why you dodge questions about the product. I did get out of them that they do NOT guarantee a working product after they install it. I explained what about conflicts if there is any and that we did not want a work in progress. And, again, they said something...actually,...let me copy and paste his asinine thing they wrote in reply to us asking about potential conflicts...this is what you get pre sales when trying to deal with these people that are obviously very shady...read this and tell me how this relates to a software program that needs to work without conflict?....Make pretend the twilight zone theme is playing now because no one gets what they mean here but please...do tell. Regardless, us wanting a working product and final working product is somehow construed as us taking advantage of them...lol..its very odd behavior...Could you imagine working this type of person? Read this and please explain what it means because I am lost here and most of all, could u imagine needing something from these odd people?

Okay, let us assume you hire a party decorator to decorate your garden on your spouse's birthday. The decorator comes and does his job. He takes full day and decorates your garden. Every corner of your garden is designed. Now you check it, and tell him that he has done sh^t. You do not like his work. He offers to refund you and returns quietly. Now you hire another one and ask him to decorate your garden again, but tell him first he should undo all work done by earlier person. And you tell him you will not pay him anything for that. That decorator will have a good laugh and run away. Here we are the second decorator. You can easily see what you are trying to do. Bottom line is, respect the other professionals. We also deserve respect and we do not like to work for those people who make exploitative demands. We can see why the other company offered to quit with refund. If you treat people like this, nobody would want to work for you.
