When Patrick was the owner, the customer service was amazing! Since company was sold , the customer service has gone from10-0My e mail Goes down on a regular basis, and I get absolutely no help. I amTold it’s on my side, or simply “ it will return in a few hours” so I am done with this company. Can’t not recommend it at all. It’s horrible. Tuesday, January 22, 2019 #65008 James Zagorski from None I was a Datarealm customer for about 10 years. Datarealm was responsible for hosting the email for my business and my family. In November of 2018, I was unable to login to any of my email accounts. I was informed by Datarealm a server was misbehaving. I thought to myself they would just take a copy of the backup emails and load it unto a new server.Two months later, and many service tickets, and a decades worth of emails has not been recovered. I contacted the customers Datarealm listed on their website to see if they had similar issues, and to warn them about the lack of industry standard data backups. The following day, my account was canceled and I received this email from Datarealm:Hello,We have contacted our lawyer to send a cease and desist on contacting our clients.
