But the main point is that their customer service is extremely poor! You order a plugin and pay for it, they provide downdload credentials that do not work and you need to complain several times to finally get access. Once you install the "updated" plugin, you realize that they sold you an old version. You complain and they do nothing except saying that it's your falut. It's only when you file a complaint on Paypal.com that they start solving the problem. however t's too late, you've already found an alternative solution and they refuse to reimburse.
