Clearly RevvSales's product is built by sales people for sales people. I found the sales pipeline easy to understand and the various functions quite straightforward. There is a guided tour of the application, although I found myself not needing it much. The contract templates are nice, although I would have used our own contract templates for most functions. There is a simple way to upload your templates if you need them.

I loved this tool from day one itself. It is a great tool that allows my company to create contracts quickly. Its ability to allow my team to collaborate on negotiations, logic-based approval workflow rules, redlining, color coding based on contract status, e-signature, document sharing features are really helpful. I like the automatic template creation and custom fields in the document the best. It eased our quote creation process extensively. Their sales and support team are very approachable and an e-mail/chat away. A cost-effective tool that flawlessly automates the contract creation process.

It is extremely comprehensive, and the team behind the document content has actually explored the sales cycle in required depth...most other tools I had explored kept the content very generic and limited in scope. Once we upgraded to the Pro version where I could build workflows - the utility was felt much effectively.... earlier we had been using a complex mix of MS word and MS excel to achieve the same thing - much relieved now!
