I'm a good user, I am very tolerant of service providers, I won't complain even if the server is down over 1 month.
But Serverhub exceeded my limits.
Their cPanel hosting is not easy to use at all, once they changed IP, all root directory changed too, I have to change them one by one, ask the user to change DNS resolve.
When their database is down, you ask the support to fix it site by site, it's a disaster if you have a lot of websites with them.
Their autoSSL works in a wired way.
For VPS, Network 100% SLA? How could the user use it when the network is up but the server is down?
They play a lot of these word games in the user agreement, they bet you won’t read and remember them carefully.
They would bill you even if you cancelled the service because you have to cancel before invoice generated, 14-60 days! By writing! When there is no further notice from them! This means if they contact you every 13 days with an email, you could never cancel.
Just now I found them wiped all support tickets data, if they could not keep their own data, how could they keep yours? Think about it.
There are a lot of good hosting providers out there.
Don't choose them!
