Cheated Customer from TTN

This company is aSCAM. They offer to build a custom professional website but in fact only created an unfinished template using WordPress. When I logged onto the new website they created and changed the password from the default password they gave me, the site would never allow me to log on to it again. The account they created for me would not even recognize my email address I used to establish service with Site Hosting Source so that I could reset the password. I called customer service for tech support but was given a 5-digit incident number and was told I would receive a call from someone from technical support within 24 hours. No one ever called and it's been a week. I also called customer service a couple of days later to request a refund of webhosting services, but was given another 5-digit incident number from a rude representative and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. Again no one called, and it's been almost a week. Now they have my domain tied to their hosting server and I cannot access it or transfer the domain to another web hosting company. I paid over $200 for a website hosting service that I cannot use. DON'T USE WEBHOSTINGSOURCE.COM. They are a scam.
