Host my free .Net Core website and it works flawlessly for me.
Very stable, with no noticeable downtime so far.
This is the only really free .Net core hosting on Windows I could find.
Though they do include a ad on the bottom.
Not ready yet to switch to their paid plans to get rid of the ads.
