Ive had a VPS with them since august of 2017. The first year it worked great, but they decided to change their support service to a chat based one instead of tickets.
The chat support they offer now is only capable of solve basic problems such as create an email account, but they are really useless when doing something that needs real knowledge.
Just now, Ive been chatting for more than 16 hours, and they cant get a restore of a 400mb cpanel account done. Its something that must not take more than 20 minutes.
Its the second time I ask for a restore in the last months, and the other one couldnt be done, because the free backups they offer, were corrupted.

So... the truth is that Im seeking for a new company to host my VPS in, and will never work with them again.
